in residential and waterfront properties in the South West Michigan / Elkhart
County area, where I live. I am also licensed in Indiana as well as Michigan.
I obtained
my
Indiana broker
license
in
1979 and my Michigan broker license in 1997. I opened my own Real Estate
Office for both Indiana & Michigan in 1997. I obtained my Florida license
in 2005... I also opened a new office in Elkhart, In. in 2005. I have a
team of agents
licensed in Michigan & Indiana. |

ABOUT
SUSIE
I have over 31 years of experience in my profession: REALTOR. I have been
on the Board of Realtors since 2001. I have served in the past as Treasurer
of MLS, Secretary/ Treasurer of the Board of Realtors as well as a director
on the Board of Realtors & the MLS board.
I have consistently been a Mult-Million Dollar Producer for the last 20 years
in Indiana and I am a current member of the Diamond Club in Southwestern
Michigan MLS. Since becoming licensed in Michigan I have been awarded plaques
for Silver, Gold & Platinum production. I am affiliated with 4 MLS Boards:
Elkhart, South Bend & Lagrange in Indiana and the SWMI Board in Michigan.
I believe in giving back to my community. In 2005 my husband & I were
awarded Rookie of the Year from Big Brother/Big Sister. For the last 6 years
I have been “arrested” to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy
Association. Every year I donate my time to collect funds for several local
charities, such as American Cancer Society, Easter Seals & the March
of Dimes. |
